Your measurements

To measure yourself do the follow:

Chest – Take the tape measure horizontally and run it across the fullest area of your chest.

Waist – Take the tape measure horizontally and measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

In-between a size

Have a think about whether you like your fit slimmer or looser:

​For a slimmer fit, go a size down.

For a looser fit, go a size up.

​If you’re in one size for the chest and another for the waist, try going for that size which fits your chest rather than your waist.

Not the right size
